The process

Document

Introduction Call

We kick off with an initial meeting to introduce the team, gather site information, discuss the project budget, and define the schedule. This phase is essential to understand your needs and expectations.

Preparation

This stage involves a detailed project analysis: feasibility study, building code review, permits, and technical documentation such as structural and engineering plans. It ensures everything is ready to move forward with the design.

Design

We develop a customized design concept or use predefined options from the SIAN collection. This includes technical documentation, interior design plans, and all necessary layouts to guarantee a well-thought-out project.

Fabrication

We manufacture the SIAN modular system in our facilities. During this phase, we coordinate transportation, prepare the site, and conduct pre-shipping inspections to ensure quality and precision.

Assembling

On-site, we handle foundation construction, utility installation, assembly of the SIAN modular system, and interior and exterior finishes. The result is a fully completed product, ready for use.
